What are some of the things you do to motivate your teachers and students?
I have seen some things like "Guess the Teacher" where you give hints about a teacher in your building. The kids get to guess who it is. If we did this, I would like to include all staff persons. I feel like some people get lost in the hustle and bustle of the daily schedule.
Another one is having student do the announcements. I would love this. I think it would be a really great idea.

Hmmm...I wouldn't say our school does anything exciting or super motivating during morning announcements...But, one thing that is pretty fun...Our student council members take turns reading the announcements. It's always great, as a teacher, to hear your former students!
