A Little Freebie For YOU

One of the things that drives me crazy makes me a teensy tense is students coming out of the bathroom and you know and I know they haven't:
a. flushed
b. washed their hands
c. turned off the light OR
d. shut the door.

Well, here is a little reminder for them. 
I laminate it and put it on the door so they see it before they walk out and I interrogate ask them politely.

    These are GREAT! We actually had a Bathroom Brigade two years ago . . . first graders would go into the bathrooms and score their cleanliness based on those very things . . . it was a contest between the boys and girls . . . and the bathrooms were the BEST that we'd seen them in 30 years!! We'd give the Golden Plunger Award weekly to the gender groups whose bathrooms were the best that week . . . faucets off, towels in the trash, toilets flushed, water turned off. Boom! Team First LOVED being the scouts with their little clip boards and checklists!! Here's a link to our check sheet if you want it:
