Field Trip Today

We went to Colgate University today.
We were able to visit the Geology Lab, Greenhouse, and the Planetarium (Vis Lab).
It was so much fun! It's my favorite field trip.

Has this ever happened to you?

I have been sending emails, videos, and pictures to my parents through our email system here at school. I send out about three to four pictures or videos each week.

I have been so excited to let the parents have a little glimpse into their children's lives. 

Not once have I received an email or letter telling me about what the parents think about the emails. I even asked them. Now, as everyone has I am sure, I have my not so involved parents and my extremely involved parents. So, I had expectations from both.

Well, I found out the other day that the email group that I was sending these to included one person... and it was a kindergarten teacher in our school. No one else!!! I was using the wrong list the entire time!!!

I consider myself to be pretty tech savvy. Not in this case. :)

Has anything like this ever happened to you?

March Currently

Wow! It has been way too long since I last blogged. 

I sound like I am in a confessional. 

But I am still stalking all of you. :)

I am sitting here and listening to nothing. Wow!

It's almost March. I can feel it. Well, really I can't feel it at all. It was 1* this morning. I am so looking forward to spring.

My "little" grandma passed away Friday night. She was 4'10" at her tallest. :) We were able to have her for a long time. She would have been 90 in May. She will be missed. 

My foot has been bothering me. I am not sure what's going on. I'll have to wait it out.
